WHAT TO BRING:
Sewing machine in good working order, foot control, power cord
Open toe presser foot
Optional: Straight stitch presser foot and straight stitch needle plate
Small scissors or snips to cut threads
Add-A-Quarter Ruler
Rotary cutter, cutting mat
Flat head straight pins, pincushion
Quality all purpose sewing thread, neutral color
Size 80/12 Quilting needles
MATERIALS FOR PROJECT:
1 – Hunter’s Star Panel Foundation Fabric
1 1/4yd,16 blocks
A. Class sample uses 12 blocks to make 8" x 24" panel
You will need:
Assortment of light and dark fabric fat quarters, recommend 5 colors of each
1 1/2 yds border/backing fabric
1 1/2 yds low loft batting/flannel
B. If you choose to make all 16 blocks to make 8" x 36" panel
You will need:
Assortment of light and dark fabric fat quarters, recommend 5 colors of each
