6" metal seam guage
Seam ripper
Flat head pins
Fabric glue stick
Fabric marking pencil
Quilting needles, size 8/12
Quality sewing thread – neutral and coordinating

4 colors fabric – the higher the contrast, the bolder the star will appear.
Avoid large prints
