A wallet, a purse, or even an evening bag, the Day In Day Out Wallet (DIDO) will fit all you need for the day including your cell phone! In this class we are going to create the basic version, once you have sewn this one, you will be able to take your creativity to one of the other versions provided in the pattern.
Geared to the intermediate – advanced sewer, the DIDO, will give you the satisfaction of creating an eye catching wallet that will have your friends saying, “you made that??”

WHAT TO BRING:
Sewing machine in good working order, power cord, foot control, accessory feet
Basic sewing supplies:
Scissors for trimming fabric and scissors for cutting paper
6″ x 24″ ruler
Pen, pencil, highlighter for marking notes
Seam ripper
Glass head pins
Amazing Clips
Frixion Fabric Marking Pen, marking pencil
Sewing machine needles, size 80/12 and/or 90/14
All purpose thread, neutral and matching color to fabric
Class Supplies:
1/4 yd main fabric for outside – Examples: cotton, home dec, cork, vinyl
1 yd contrast – this will be your inner fabric, if you want contrast pocket, you’ll need more fabric
1 1/2 yds fusible interfacing
9″ x 14″ fusible batting
3 zippers – #3, 9″ or longer
1 twist lock clasp
One 1/2″ swivel clasp, two 1/2″ D rings for strap
